I signed up and my account was pretty much ready right away, which was nice. I guess that means the whole service is probably solid, because if the signup is fast then everything else should be easy too. No complaints so far.

I asked for a refund after realizing I’d signed up for the wrong plan. I expected it to be a bit more instant, so having to wait and send one extra reply was a little annoying, but support did get back to me and explained what was going on clearly.

The money showed up again after a couple of days. It wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, but compared to what I was worried might happen, it was handled fairly and without any real hassle.

I moved one small site over to BanaHosting mainly because the pricing was actually clear on the order page. Like, no weird guessing game. The renewal price was right there too, not buried in some tiny fine print nonsense.
Checkout was super simple, and they didn’t try to hit me with a bunch of random add-ons or upsells. The invoice came out exactly how I expected, tax included and all, so that was chill.
I’ve been using it for a few months now nothing crazy to report. It just works, and the price is the price. For me, that’s a big deal, no cap.
